Anti Modern Slavery Statement

1. Introduction

Knectd LLC is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all forms across our business operations and supply chain. This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

2. Our Business

Knectd is a global fintech company providing digital payment infrastructure, including Open Banking services, eWallet solutions, card processing, and embedded finance. We operate across the UK, EU, USA, UAE, and LATAM regions.

3. Our Policies

We have robust policies in place to identify and mitigate modern slavery risks, including our Code of Conduct, Supplier Code of Conduct, Whistleblowing Policy, Recruitment and Employment Policy, and Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

4. Due Diligence

We conduct due diligence on all new suppliers and partners, including assessment of modern slavery risks. This includes background checks on key suppliers, contractual requirements for compliance with modern slavery laws, periodic review of supplier practices, and right to audit provisions in commercial agreements.

5. Risk Assessment

We assess modern slavery risk across our operations and supply chain, with particular focus on third-party contractors and service providers, technology suppliers and cloud infrastructure providers, recruitment agencies, and regional operations in higher-risk jurisdictions.

6. Training

Relevant staff receive training on modern slavery awareness, including how to identify potential indicators and how to report concerns through our confidential reporting channels.

7. Reporting

Anyone with concerns about modern slavery in any part of our business or supply chain should contact compliance@knectd.com. All reports will be investigated promptly and confidentially.
