We use your data to provide and maintain our payment services, process transactions and settlements, comply with KYC/KYB and AML regulations, improve our platform and develop new features, communicate service updates and support, and detect and prevent fraud.

We process your data based on contractual necessity (to provide our services), legal obligations (regulatory compliance), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service improvement), and consent (where specifically obtained, e.g., marketing).

We may share your data with regulated banking partners for payment processing, KYC/KYB verification providers, regulatory authorities when required by law, and cloud infrastructure providers (ISO 27001 certified). We never sell your personal data to third parties.
