2. Business Ethics

We conduct business with integrity, honesty, and fairness. We comply with all applicable laws and regulations in every jurisdiction where we operate. Bribery, corruption, and anti-competitive practices are strictly prohibited.

3. Data Protection & Privacy

We handle all personal and financial data in accordance with GDPR, PCI-DSS, and applicable data protection laws. Customer data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access to sensitive data is restricted on a need-to-know basis.

4. Anti-Money Laundering

All employees and partners must comply with our AML/CTF policies. Suspicious activity must be reported immediately through designated channels. We maintain ongoing monitoring and screening of all transactions and counterparties.

5. Workplace Standards

We provide a safe, inclusive, and respectful working environment. Discrimination, harassment, and bullying of any kind are not tolerated. We support diversity and equal opportunity in all hiring and promotion decisions.

6. Conflicts of Interest

Employees must disclose any potential conflicts of interest. Personal financial interests must not influence business decisions. Outside employment or directorships require prior written approval.

7. Whistleblowing

We encourage reporting of suspected misconduct through our confidential whistleblowing channel. Reports can be made anonymously and without fear of retaliation. All reports are investigated thoroughly and impartially.
