1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Knectd platform, including our website, APIs, mobile applications, and payment services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Service Description

Knectd provides digital payment infrastructure including Open Banking payment initiation, eWallet services, card processing, payroll automation, and embedded payment solutions. Services are available via our web portal, mobile applications, and APIs.

3. Account Registration

To use Knectd services, you must create an account and complete our KYC/KYB verification process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Transaction fees are calculated and invoiced based on usage. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month above the base rate.

5. Prohibited Activities

You must not use Knectd services for any unlawful purpose, money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable regulations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities.

6. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation including GDPR and UK Data Protection Act 2018. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knectd's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, business, or opportunity.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Knectd may terminate immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, outstanding balances remain payable.

9. Amendments

Knectd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
